    Hello?? Can anyone assist with this issue?

    The page is at http://www.gsbchurch.com/events/

    Thanks!

    Yes, all the events are showing in the Events Dashboard (there are 8 right now).
    None of them have a category assigned.
    The page is ALREADY using the Event Page Template
    I changed the shortcode to the one which the Visual Editor inserts automatically

    I’m still only getting 4 of the 8 events showing. I want the Events page to show at least 10 events, but preferably all events (i.e. very long scroll) since some events need advance registration and there are links to do those registrations (or to contact the coordinators) in those posts.

    No, that’s not it. Take a look at the screen shot I’ve stored here: http://www.gsbchurch.com/Sermons/ScreenShotsforQ.pdf

    The top of the page shows how the post was done–the tickbox you reference NOT ticked, and the screen shot of the featured image showing.

    There must be a setting somewhere else–can you point me to it? I’ve opened my sites side-by-side to check settings and cannot find the difference.

    Thanks!

    Sorry!! Typed too soon. If you go to the homepage of the twitter handle that you are managing–click on the gear icon and choose settings.

    From there click Widgets, and Create New

    There are simple directions to create code for a user timeline, Favorites, List, and for a search term. Fill out the form and it produces code for you to paste into a ThemeLoom text widget, and taa-daa! All done, no finicky Twitter API development needed.

    What kind of twitter app do I need to make to get the info needed? There’s very little basic support on the Twitter KB.

    I second the request to “bump up” repeating events for the theme! It seems to be the one glaring hole in a set of really great themes for faith communities, which basically operate around a repeating set of events.

    Thanks!

    Hi There, just downloaded 3.6 (have been using 3.3. My installation of WP won’t upload the new theme as it has the same folder name as the current theme. Is there a better way to update?

    Thanks Kate for mentioning this in the Xi discussions. Tom, I’m cross posting from my original question here: http://themeloom.com/forums/topic/social-media-icons/#post-3647

    Tom mentioned that I should be able to activate the social media buttons by ensuring

    add_theme_support( ‘livingos_share_buttons’ );

    wasn’t commented out.

    Per your directions, I’m looking at my functions.php and see this:

    // Set up theme defaults and register support for features.
    if ( ! function_exists( 'los_base_setup' ) ):

      function los_base_setup() {
    	//get theme options
    	$options = get_option( 'livingos_theme_options' );

    	//  post thumbnails
    	add_theme_support( 'post-thumbnails' );

    	// thumb sizes
    	los_base_thumb_sizes();

    	//create menus - replace this with your own menu setup if needed.
    	livingos_setup_menus();

    	//framework features this theme supports
    	add_theme_support( 'livingos_custom_widgets' );
    	add_theme_support( 'livingos_event_manager' );
    	add_theme_support( 'livingos_features' );
    	add_theme_support( 'livingos_pagination' );
    	add_theme_support( 'livingos_twitter_widget' );

    	//slider component option
    	if ( isset($options['slider-component']) ){
    		if ( $options['slider-component'] == "flexi" ) {
    			add_theme_support( 'livingos_flexi_slider' );
    		} else {
    			add_theme_support( 'livingos_feature_slider' );
    		}
    	}
    	add_theme_support( 'livingos_google_fonts' );
    	add_theme_support( 'livingos_share_buttons' );
    	add_theme_support( 'livingos_shortcodes' );
    	add_theme_support( 'livingos_breadcrumbs' );
    	add_theme_support( 'livingos_ajaxpagination' );

    	//add buddypress support if enabled in theme options
    	if ( isset($options['enable-buddypress']) ){
    	if ( $options['enable-buddypress'] && livingos_bpexists() ) {
    		add_theme_support( 'livingos_buddypress' );
    	}
    	}

    I do not see “//” in front of the add_theme_support( ‘livingos_share_buttons’ ); so I’m guessing that there’s something really really basic I’m missing.

    Can you assist?

    I had the same question as Roger, I’ve found the
    add_theme_support( ‘livingos_share_buttons’ );

    in Theme Functions (functions.php)

    But I don’t see how it’s commented out, so I can add it back in. (I’m looking for /* */)

    I’ve downloaded Xi twice and WordPress is telling me that the theme is broken and missing a style sheet:
    Broken Themes

    The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

    Name Description
    LivingOS_Xi-3-3 Stylesheet is missing.

    Can you help???
