Well, 3.3 only came out today, but our demo sites are running it and we always develop our themes on the latest beta versions to ensure we are always ready for the next release.
But new release do often bring unexpected issues to themes and plugins.
So far there are no reported issues with themeloom themes yet, but this version does change quite a lot in the back end (dashboard), so it may depend on whether the plugins you are using are ready for it.
