    I would like to remove 2 area of text when viewing a blog post.
    First is the top menu that appears in blog posts – Home/projects/blogpostname
    Second is the info on who posted the blog post – Posted by ADMIN on JUNE 12, 2012 in …

    Can you tell me how to disable this info from showing?
    Thanks

    1.

    The first item is what we call breadcrumbs. In a child theme you can use:

    remove_theme_support( ‘livingos_breadcrumbs’ );

    see http://themeloom.com/support/framework-codex/developers/adding-and-removing-support-for-features/

    2.

    You could do this with CSS. Add custom css in theme options page:

    .post .entry-meta{display:none;}
